The Scottish Widows protection operations team have to field a lot of calls from IFAs who need to make multiple declarations. An anonymous multi-declaration tool will allows us to give indicative results for a client in around 10 minutes, using the same underwriting tool as our application journey.

We’ll ask a few questions about what a client needs to tell us, as well as their height and weight if they need us to check these against their BMI.
Reflexive questions based on these declarations allow us to give a clear indication of whether a client will be covered, along with a confirmation of how their declarations may affect the cost of their policy.
